Run Ignited! is your monthly personalized running program. Let Ignite! keep you on track for long-term success whether running for fun and fitness or training for distance events. We'll help you meet your goals, whether you want to run a faster 5k, tackle your first half marathon, or are gearing up for the Ironman.

If you're an on-going member of Run Ignited!, you'll receive your updated program based on the feedback you've supplied your coach. If you're a new member, a coach will contact you and begin with an interview to determine your begnning goal, pace and distance information, along with any special needs you may have.
