Shipping and Return Information
Shipping.Shipping for merchandise is handled through USPS or UPS, depending on the destination. Shipping and handling costs are determined by product, and are averaged for common delivery costs.
Since merchandise sales are not the primary purpose of Ignite!, no express shipping is available. Ignite! reserves the right to consolidate shipping requirements, and during periods where Ignite! staff is concentrated on adventure events, shipping may be delayed until personnel is available to handle the shipping requirements. You will be notified by email if your shipping will be delayed.
Returns. Purchase price only of returns of merchandise in resalable condition will be credited through Pay Pal or returned by check. Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
Registrations. Event and class registrations are available through this site. If you are registering for a one or multi-day adventure, you will receive email notification when your registration has been received and processed. Keep your registration confirmation in case of question at the first class or at the event.
Cancellation policy. Single and multi-day event registration is fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. Between 30 and 15 days, a cancellation fee of 25% applies. Between 15 days and the beginning date of the event, 50% of the fee may be applied to a future event. Class registration fees are refundable up to 7 days before the beginning of the program. After that date, your fee may be applied in full to another class or program.
On-going programs. You may also pay for on-going programs, such as Run Ignited!, through this website. Your trainer or coach will contact you via phone or email to schedule training sessions or provide your programs to you.
